Whether your professional wardrobe calls for suits, separates or blue jeans, these tips can keep you warm and stylish when it's really cold outside.
Turtlenecks and Blazers
Merino wool, silk or cotton modal blends are ideal fabrics for refined turtlenecks. Consider the weight of your blazer when choosing the fabric type for your turtleneck. Add a necklace or scarf or let the turtleneck itself be the focal point of the outfit.
Weatherproof Boots and Wool Bottoms
Aquatalia and La Canadienne offer stylish and warm boot options that are polished enough for any office. Stretch wool skirts or tapered pants add another layer of warmth.
Lots of Layers (Under not Over)
Layer warmth under your outfit rather than adding bulky pieces overtop. For example, Heat Tech tanks and Smartwool tights are thin and warm at the same time.
